Please note, this role is open to current University of Leeds Business School staff only

In conjunction with the Faculty Pro Dean for Student Education (PDSE) and the Director of Taught Admissions, the Director of Student Equity plays a major strategic role in developing and managing equity for our students, and in contributing to the strategic development of the school in this area. 

This role will have a strategic education focus to ensure students, regardless of background, can access HE and are empowered to develop their skills and knowledge to succeed. You will be required to lead and manage planned widening participation activities, as specified by the Faculty policies and Independent Planning Exercise (IPE) plan.
