We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow to work jointly with Dr. Neetu Gupta in the Department of Immunology and Dr. Deepa Jagadeesh in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of T cell immunology and cancer immunotherapy, evidenced by recent publications. Proficiency in common immunological, molecular biology and tissue culture techniques is required. Experience with lentiviral transduction, CRISPR-based DNA editing methods, patient derived xenograft (PDX) models, preclinical models of response to anti-cancer drugs is highly desirable. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of basic and translational immunology/oncology researchers to develop novel therapies against lymphomas.
The selected candidate will have access to state-of-the-art core facilities at the Lerner Research Institute and opportunities for collaboration with clinicians at the Taussig Cancer Institute. The candidate must have (or be close to finishing) a PhD or MD/PhD degree. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
