The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is seeking applicants for 2 full-time Instructor positions in the Psychology Department to start August 2020.

The Psychology Department currently offers a BA program in Psychology, an MA program with tracks in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Science (with optional sub-plans), and a Clinical Psychology PhD with major areas of study in Geropsychology and Trauma Psychology (more information is available at

Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses as assigned by the Department Chair. Courses that need coverage include undergraduate general psychology, research methods, statistics, biopsychology, cognition and developmental. Graduate-level courses needing coverage include cognition and professional development (ethics and practice).

Instructors are responsible for the preparation of course syllabi, lectures, presentations, and student assignments; evaluation of student work, tracking student attendance and engagement, and management of course in online platform Canvas.

Salary Range: The 9-month salary range for this position is $45,750-$50,000.
