Job Description

Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements and ordering supplies.

Job Duties

• Assist with credentialing and re-credentialing for faculty
• Assist with appointments - paid (hourly and salaried) and non-paid
• Assist with recruitment related activities- scheduling interviews , job talks, organizing logistics of recruitment including travel arrangements for candidates.
• Ordering supplies
• Assisting with travel and reimbursements for faculty
• Maintain contact lists and listservs
• Assist faculty with setting up lectures
• General faculty support, reserve rooms for meetings and organize meetings
• Organizing special events and meetings
• Assist faculty with maintaining their web pages and updating section website

Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Two years of relevant experience.
