Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements and ordering supplies.

Job Duties
  • Serves as the assistant for the Director of Center for Cell and Gene Therapy.
  • Organizes travel arrangements and reimbursements.
  • Updates NIH biosketch under the instruction of the faculty.
  • Organizse and schedules meetings through Outlook.
  • Assists with the production of routine financial reports and documents.
  • Prepares regular reports.
  • Processes purchase orders, check requests, and cash reimbursements.
  • Processes HR transactions for the department/section.
  • Assists with credentialing, licensing renewal, and membership renewals.
  • May participate in department budget planning and development or budget monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Two years of relevant experience.
