Job Purpose

Investigates benefits issues for customers and resolves problems.

Job Duties
  • Primary responsibility will be to maintain the Benefits file room.
  • Filing of all documents/forms received from the benefits/retirement teams (i.e. beneficiary, dependent eligibility, qualifying life events, loan forms, etc.).
  • Ensure all file room supplies are order and in stock (i.e. file folders, labels, envelopes). 
  • Pull yearly-terminated files and prepare for Iron Mountain storage. This includes working with Benefits Supervisor to order boxes, complete spreadsheet and schedule pick-up).
  • File and retrieve a variety of documents.
  • Scan/Attach qualifying life event forms via SAP.
  • Create/File new hire folders when documentation is received after New Employee Orientation (NEO) each week.
  • Backup for front desk during lunch hours (noon-1p) daily, which includes greeting lobby guests and advising appropriate person of their arrival.
  • Make copies using a copying machine.
  • May sort, distribute and deliver mail.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Two years of experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
