Job Description

Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements and ordering supplies. 

Job Duties
  • Processes Human Resources transactions for the department/college.
  • Participates in department budget planning and development and assists with budget monitoring.
  • Assists with credentialing, licensing renewal, and membership renewals.
  • Assists with faculty recruitment.
  • Assists with grant proposals and submissions.
  • Prepares reports of an advanced nature or on an ad hoc basis.
  • May assist with administrative and business operations oversight.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Four years of relevant experience.
