Responsibilities:

The Admissions Officer, Marketing and Operations assists with overall functions of the Operations team, including answering phones & email, processing mail, assisting with outgoing mail jobs, data entry, taking meeting notes, packaging of counselor materials, and ordering supplies. Monitors student worker quality assurance in exchange of information. Lead in processing application documents, scanning, uploading, and linking documents to SLATE files. Responsible for imports of test scores and assists with data transfer between SLATE and Colleague.

1. Assist with answering phones and emails, monitoring student worker quality assurance with operations projects and day to day tasks.

2. Responsible for application processing including scanning, uploading, and linking documents, transcripts. Daily imports electronic test scores for UG and GPS.

3. Assist with UG and GPS SLATE to Colleague data migration, data checks, and clean-ups.

4. Coordinate and lead in bulk mail projects including acceptance packets and orientation packets.

5. Take notes at weekly meetings, assist with writing and updating operations procedure documentation.

6. Assist with supply inventory and counselor travel materials orders.

7. Participate in on-campus events, including some evening and weekend programming.
