Job Function:

Schedule photo and video shoots; maintain the creative services photo and video calendar; verify process and produce photography orders for both internal and external clients; maintain creative assets using a digital asset management system; use the Marketing and Communications’ job project management system and database; manage the efficient on-time print production needs of more than 1,500 print jobs per year.

Minimum Education:

Up to eighteen months of education or training beyond high school or equivalent.

Preferred Education:

Associate's degree.

Minimum Experience:

Over one year of related experience.

Preferred Experience:

Additional years of related experience; knowledge of photography and printing processes and familiarity with both MacIntosh and PC programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the account managers to help estimate, manage and produce projects in support of campus clients and partners.
  • Support the creative team, including University Photographers, videographers and Graphic Designers on creating photo deliverables, including prints and various digital media produced from photo assignments; scanning images, graphs, and artwork from magazines, books, and original photographs to produce digital images.
  • Organize and maintain files of digital images which are accessed by campus and off-campus clients for photo assignments.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional customer service within the University and with all constituencies
  • Assist in the Crisis Management Protocol by answering calls from the media, campus community, and public.
  • Serves as one of the Marketing and Communications' administrators for its DAM (digital asset management system).
  • Provides backup for the Front Office Coordinator in their absence and as needed.
  • Maintain proficiency on all University policies, procedures, and data systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
