Title- Endpoint Warehouse Coordinator (level II)

Coordinate daily warehouse activities for the Endpoint Lifecyle Management team.  This would include the ordering, receiving, imaging and delivery of all computer endpoints for the OU system.  Monitoring stock levels, working with manager to determine forecasting, customer outreach, troubleshooting and help define workflows to improve efficiency and costs, and other duties as the program expands. 

Duties-

  • Determine daily priorities as they relate to endpoint imaging and deliveries between campuses
  • Monitor standard and non-standard computer orders for accuracy
  • Ensure asset data is assigned appropriately in asset management system
  • Continually monitor daily activities for inefficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Other duties as the program matures

 

 

Job Requirements

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND: 

  •  24 months experience as a Systems Analyst or similar experience.

Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the bachelors degree for a total of 72 months related experience.

  • None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Sit and stand for prolonged periods. Ability to engage in repetitive motion. Manual dexterity. Communicate effectively and listens.  Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Office Work Environment.

Departmental Preferences:

  • Fundamental knowledge of IT operations, vendor logistics and desktop computing. 
  • A strong process-oriented mindset and aptitude for organization.
