The Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and has full oversight of the financial and operations of PACS. The qualified candidate must have a passion for innovation and strategic thinking along with the discipline to establish policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient staff and fiscal governance. The successful candidate will have an accessible and collegial leadership style along with the creativity and energy to guide the units through strategic growth and change management. Reporting to the Dean, the position will directly manage and provide guidance to a team of employees as well as serve on the executive leadership team within the college. This position will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets for departments within PACS and the college at large. Other key responsibilities include planning, forecasting and practicing good stewardship. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to find ways to operate more effectively and efficiently, as well as be able to communicate the financial picture to the dean and other department directors.
