Summary

Provide high quality patient care to adult and pediatric patient populations at Northville Health Center. The role requires both direct patient care and telehealth management. We are actively seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-oriented individuals who are committed to providing the ideal experience for our patients, families, and employees. Candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the Primary Care Clinic at NHC in the staff RN role to promote health and wellness for patients and families. This is a full time position with partial effort in specialty area coverage based on clinic needs.

Hourly range for Registered Nurses $36.10-$55.99 / hour

• Evening Shift Differential- $2.55 / hour
• Night Shift Differential- $3.40 / hour
• Day Shift Weekend Differential- $1.75 / hour
• Evening Shift Weekend Differential- $4.30 / hour
• Night Shift Weekend Differential- $5.15 / hour
• Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour

Provide nursing care for adult and pediatric patient populations in a variety of specialties.
Provide telephone triage and advice, patient education, direct patient care, and documentation of care.
Knowledge and coordination of internal and external resources related to patient care.
Work with providers and other disciplines to carry out clinical standards of care for various patient diagnoses
