Job Description

This position is located at our Moffitt Cancer Center at International Plaza, a top-of-the-line outpatient center that was designed and equipped to provide the same level of world-class cancer care we provide at our main campus.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in all areas where clinical care is delivered at MIP. The Clinical Manager works collaborativelywith MIP physicians, APPs, leadership and staff to provide the highest quality of patient care.

Supervises: Assigned staff including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Patient Lift Specialist and others assigned to clinics, Blood Draw area, Infusion Center and Call Center.

Bachelor's Degree required / Master's Degree preferred

Florida RN Licenses required

BLS required

OCN preferredThree (3) yrs Prior experience in the supervision of healthcare servicesTwo (2) yrs experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting
