Job Description

The Business Operations Manager of Facilities and Support Services provides core support by acting as a central point of contact in strategic planning and implementation.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Leading, planning, facilitating and managing process improvement events and projects as directed by the Vice President of Facilities and Support Services.

Play a key role in working with departmental leaders to establish strategic vision and direction to help transform current Facilities and Support Services delivery systems, while also developing new, operational models for the future. 

Member of the administrative operations team and supports the activities of the financial administration, vendor management, supply chain expenses and efforts to increase overall contribution margin in all assigned areas by reducing costs through continuous innovation, collaboration and productivity. 

Some responsibilities will include data analytics, financial reporting in special projects with administration, and the development of capital and operating forecasts, short and long term. 

This position will work hand-in-hand with the leadership of Facilities, Environmental Services, Food Services, Service Response Center, Parking and Transportation, and Safety and Security to ensure consistent in business operations.

 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field, Required.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience functioning in progressively advanced roles within Business Operations and/or Facilities and Support Services designing strategic workforce management, change strategies, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness, Required.

Minimum of three (3) years Process Improvement (or similar continual improvement processes leading to clearly defined outcome), Required. ** Can be inclusive in total years of experience. 

**Masters degree will be considered in lieu of 2 years of experience.
