Summary

The Molecular & Human Genetics Department at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a Student Helper to coordinate research projects through screening, enrolling and monitoring of research subjects.

Job Duties

  • Ensures the safety of research subjects by collecting, documenting, organizing and protecting their data.
  • Assists investigator with research subject recruitment, screening, shipment of samples and enrollment for the study.
  • Consents eligible research subjects following Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Maintains regulatory files for different studies and maintain electronic and physical copies of subject information.
  • Enters all required subject information into data collection system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a High School or College Student (undergraduate or graduate).
  • No experience required.
