Responsibilities
Responsible for office-wide recruitment, outreach, and territory management for assigned geographic territory in alignment with strategic enrollment goals. Responsible for development and execution of a recruitment plan which in some instances are tailored to the specific territory demographic. Assists with day to day visitors in the role of Counselor of the Day, delivering presentations, and being responsive to student ambassador needs. Participate in and assist in coordinating yield activities, including assistance with the tele-recruiting center.

1. Recruitment and Outreach
Execute office-wide recruitment efforts to assigned geographic territories.Represent the institution at college fairs, transfer fairs, communitycolleges, community-based organizations, and high schools; communicatewith prospective students, parents, and high school/community collegecounselors. This includes scheduling, confirming, notifying prospectivestudents of the visit, and visiting 4-5 schools per day throughout the fallrecruitment period of September-November, and the Spring recruitmentperiod of February-May.Participate in the visitor experience by conducting information sessions,interviews, admit on the spot appointments, meet & greet appointments,transcript evaluations, special group presentations, and ‘Counselor of theDay' activities; maintain continuous contact with prospective students viae-mail, phone, and office visits. Plan regional receptions for prospectiveand admitted students.

2. Territory Management
Assist with creation, maintenance and implementation of strategic plan for student recruitment and admission in accordance with institutional goals; ongoing assessment of strategies in plan.
Manage assigned geographic territory, which includes coordination and implementation of outreach and yield activities. Compile, analyze, and report data for territory;report on any trends within territories; report regularly on admissions funnel for territories and recruitment/yield activities throughout funnel.

3. Coordinate Virtual Programs - Serve as the point person for coordinating virtual information series.Determine dates, create zoom meetings, develop program content and communication for campus events. Work with campus partners, including faculty, staff, students, and administrators.

4. Application Management
Read and evaluate admissions applications for geographic territories. Assist in holistic application review; assist in follow-up for application completion; recommend admission decision to the Dean of Admissions.

5. Student Yield
Maintain responsive communication protocols including prompt response to inquiries; participate in planning and implementation of student yield events on campus. Tele-recruit to convert students to next levels of admissions funnel, including communications to applicants, admitted students, and deposited students.

6. Social Media
Assists with monitoring of social media platforms and helps create a space for admitted students to connect.

7. Other Duties as Assigned
Collaborate in the coordination of yield programs.Support Office of Admission with event planning guidance for non-signatureprograms.

Experience and Qualifications
Education:
REQUIRED: BA and/or equivalent knowledge, training & experience PREFERRED: BA

Experience: (years required and applicable field of experience): 3 years' experience in higher education, admissions and recruitment experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities: (e.g. computer skills, written & verbal skills, trades, laws, procedures, technical) Excellent verbal and written and communication, and well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Ademonstrated appreciation for the Catholic, Lasallian, Liberal Arts mission of the College, a commitment to diversity, and the ability to work well collaboratively as well as independently. A high level of initiative, energy,and flexibility will be highly valued in the selection process. Proficiency with word-processing software, databasemanagement, and internet usage.
