Summary

The Department of Medicine administration team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Coordinator for day to day business operations. The candidate will support the Chief Administrator by scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, working on special projects, developing communications and presentations, and other duties.  The candidate will also work alongside the finance and operations teams to support routine to complex business transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, self-motivated, can multi-task and work well in a team environment. 

Job Duties

  • Manage purchase orders.
  • Deposit checks.
  • Submit shopping cart requests, and order supplies.
  • Coordinate department meetings, retreats and annual courses including marketing, strategic planning and logistics.
  • Assist the Chief Administrator and other members of the administrative team with special projects.
  • Support the Chairman as backup to the Executive Assistant.
  • Support the Vice Chair Groups and facilitate meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and no experience may also be considered.
