Summary

The Coordinator, Business Operations position will provide support the All of Us Evenings with Genetics Research Program by providing administrative support for program events. This position will assist with logistical event planning, travel arrangements, and scheduling program meetings.

Job Duties

  • Calendar scheduling and maintenance.
  • Assist with logistical planning for seminars as well as the annual summit and retreat.
  • Manage domestic and international travel in the travel management system (Concur) for program MPIs and program scholars.
  • Prepare and process purchasing orders for program consultants and vendors.
  • Compose formal and informal correspondence including, but not limited to, creating and formatting presentations.
  • Track program outreach efforts in NIH's workflow system.
  • Order and manage inventory of program supplies.
  • Record meeting minutes.

Minimum Qualifications

  •  High School diploma or GED.
  •  Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of social media and content creation using Linked In and Twitter
