The Department of Information Systems, Analytics and Supply Chain Management at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor beginning January 23, 2023. This position is to teach the following class:

PMBA 8352 (Design Thinking and Innovation)
meets every: Monday: 6:30 PM: 9:30 PM with a starting day of January 23rd, and ending date of March 10th, and online.

PMBA 8352 Course Description:
This graduate course on Design Thinking and Innovation provides students with a framework for dealing with unstructured problems, and for managing the innovation process. This course introduces students to design thinking as a systematic approach to innovation, but also guide students through the process to identify and translate broadly defined opportunities into actionable innovation possibilities.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate should possess a Master’s or advanced degree, and/or equivalent degree/credentials in User Experience Design, Design Thinking and Innovation, Human-Computer Interaction, Management Information Systems, or related field. Prior teaching experience of Design Thinking, Innovation, Human Computer Interaction, and related courses at either the undergraduate or graduate level is required. 

Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Professional work and activities in any of the related fields is preferred.
