Position Description
Rider University invites applications for a Leadperson, who will provide daily oversight of all facets of groundskeeping, including snow removal. The Leadperson will coordinate daily assignments of all grounds related work orders.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of groundskeeping, including athletic field lining and snow removal
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet and maintain physical requirements of the position
- Certified to operate forklift and aerial lifts up to 40‘
- Ability to use pallet jacks, dollies and hand trucks
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Strong organizational skills
