Summary

The Coordinator, Business Operations will support Plastic Surgery and Division Chief in performing general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements and ordering supplies.

Job Duties
  • Schedules meetings and maintains calendar of Division Chief and other faculty
  • Assists with credentialing, licensing renewal, and membership renewals.
  • Assist with making travel arrangements for faculty
  • Assists with the production of routine financial reports and documents.
  • Prepares regular reports.
  • Processes purchase orders, check requests, and cash reimbursements.
  • Processes HR transactions for the department/section.
  • May participate in department budget planning and development or budget monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Two years of relevant experience.
