Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements and ordering supplies.

Job Duties

Responsibilities:
• Assists the Project Manager with administrative and business operational support related to College and Division projects and missions.
• Assist the Project Manager with oversight on day-to-day administrative and project activities; work closely with multiple Departments to meet deadlines; maintain databases for projects activities; communicate updates and/or statuses; prepares recurring reports for management use. 
• Reviews records and reports to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specific objectives; make recommends to methods or process as required to redirect activities in order to meet objectives.
• Organize and schedule monthly meetings, prepare meeting presentations and/or documents; disseminate meeting information, schedule conference rooms, and food catering.
• Participate in department budget planning and development; assists with budget monitoring.
• Coordinate and setup for various Division or Department events.
• Support Division Administrator with contracts and agreements. 
• Assists with the faculty recruitment process; making travel arrangements and expense reports; prepare purchase orders.
• Provide administrative support to Division Administrator; provide backup coverage to Chairman Assistant, as needed. 
 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Two years of relevant experience.
