Position Summary

Under the direction of the Healthcare Program Coordinator , this position is responsible for the providing high-level support and applying professional level skills to CSN's Workforce and Economic Development Division' s Allied Health Programs including Community Health Worker, Home Care Aid, and Mental Health First Aid training. Responsibilities include; applying policies, procedures, and processes with development and delivery of Allied Health classes; hiring and scheduling instructors; and ordering, maintaining and inventory and classroom equipment and supplies. This position will also be responsible for marketing and growth including working with the region' s residents and businesses to meet Allied Health

training needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR an Associates Degree and 7 years of related experience (Education and/or training and development programs)
• 3 years of related professional experience in education and/or training and development programs

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to develop and evaluate training curriculum
• Ability to develop and present professional presentations and proposals
• Ability to develop relationships and market related programs and services
• Knowledge to project management and marketing techniques
• Knowledge of budgeting processes
• Knowledge of Federal and State Grant Implementation Guidelines
• Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality with reporting and monitoring
• Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, diverse populations
• Supervisory experience
